About JJ

JJ Francis is a visionary florist and designer with an innate talent for blending styles and pushing creative boundaries.

Drawing inspiration from her expansive 25 year experience working in the floral industry for some of the most elite event and floral designers, her design flows effortlessly between different design inspirations and her own creativity. Her unique talent creates mesmerizing treats for the eye, and can fit any client’s desire, no matter how gentle or wild the request.

JJ hails from the high desert in west Texas, where she draws inspiration, and has lived and worked in some of the most dynamic cities in the US. She started out sweeping floors in a tiny flower shop in Dallas, and decided to journey to and work in Austin, NYC and San Francisco in search of remarkable floral design. In her spare time she often travels with her family and when she does, she always seeks out local florists and designers to be inspired by. The exposure to all of these powerhouse event cities and flower shops and wholesalers all over the world supercharged her understanding of not only what is possible in design, but what is important when it comes to choosing a designer to work with.

JJ’s known for not only for her creativity, but her ability to lead, plan, research, execute and inspire, especially in the face of heavy deadlines and high profile clients. She has a background in Fashion Design and FX, Graphic Design and Sculpture, and is excited by any call to innovate in a new medium.
